I’m Sophia Achatz, and together with my fiancé Alex Shaw, we started RC Marketing with one goal in mind: to help local businesses like yours thrive through smart, results-driven marketing that actually fits the trades and service industries.

We are a family-owned, blue-collar marketing company born from experience, not from a corporate boardroom. Alex spent years operating heavy equipment and working in the field, while I built my background in marketing, scheduling, and customer relations. Together we saw a gap that needed to be filled. There were hardworking business owners doing incredible work who just weren’t being seen online.

That realization became the foundation for RC Marketing. We understand the challenges that come with seasonal slowdowns, unpredictable Michigan weather, and the competition of standing out locally.
